Grilling Season is Here and I'm Ready
I get way too excited about grilling. Like I've already started planning out the spring menu in February. Smoking a brisket this weekend if I can get one from the good butcher.
My neighbors know by now that when I fire up the grill they might get invited over. Something about standing at the grill with a beer watching meat cook just makes me feel like I got my life together even if I don't. My kids learned to flip burgers this summer and now they want to help with everything. Good times.
What's on the spring menu? Always looking to mix things up beyond burgers and dogs.
