Grilling Season is Here and I'm Ready

I get way too excited about grilling. Like I've already started planning out the spring menu in February. Smoking a brisket this weekend if I can get one from the good butcher.

My neighbors know by now that when I fire up the grill they might get invited over. Something about standing at the grill with a beer watching meat cook just makes me feel like I got my life together even if I don't. My kids learned to flip burgers this summer and now they want to help with everything. Good times.

February planning is totally reasonable. I do the same thing. There's something about getting the grill ready that just makes you feel alive again after winter.
