Grilling season is here and I'm ready

Just cleaned up my grill for the season and already planning my first cookout. Thinking about doing some smoked brisket. Anyone have a good rub recipe they swear by? Also need to upgrade my grill eventually but don't know if I should go with pellet or stick with gas.

Grilling season is the best season. My kids now have preferences about how I cook their burgers and it's hilarious. What are you planning for that first cookout?

Just cleaned mine up too! There's something about firing up the grill that feels like summer officially started. Gets the whole family excited.

I'm jealous you have the time to actually maintain your grill. Mine's been sitting in the corner since October looking sad. Hoping to resurrect it soon.
