Got my grill cleaned up and ready to go. Planning some serious ribs this weekend, maybe some brisket if I'm feeling ambitious. There's something about standing over a hot grill with a beer that just hits different. It's my thing you know? Like this is what I do.
My kids are starting to pay attention too which is cool. Oldest wants to help, already teaching him how to check for heat zones and not to just throw everything on at once. Might have a little grillmaster on my hands.

Ribs and brisket sounds perfect for the weekend. Nothing beats firing up the grill when the weather's finally right. My kids actually sit still for grilling days.
