Grilling season is here and I'm way too excited about it
Been planning my menu for the past week. Thinking brisket, ribs, and chicken this weekend. My neighbor wants to know all my secrets which honestly feels pretty good. There's something about standing over a grill with a beer that just hits different as a dad. You get to be productive but also kind of just stand there and feel like you're doing something important lol
I respect the excitement. Nothing wrong with taking grilling seriously. Brisket takes time though - are you doing it low and slow? That's a whole day commitment if you want it right.
