Grilling season is officially here

Broke in the new propane grill yesterday. Got some decent steaks from the butcher and just cooked them simple with salt and pepper. My 4 year old sat in a lawn chair nearby pretending he was a food critic, it was hilarious. That crispy crust you get on a really hot grill is just different. Already planning next weekend's menu.

Simple is always the way to go with good steaks. Getting your kid interested in cooking at four is going to pay off big time.
