Grilling Season is Upon Us

Just fired up the smoker for the first time this year and guys it felt like meeting an old friend. Been planning a brisket for Memorial Day and I'm already thinking about rubs and timing. There's something about smoking meat all day that just resets my brain. The kids are already asking when we can eat. Worth every penny I spent on this thing.
