Grilling season is upon us

Wife says I spend too much time out at the grill and I said thats the point. Been experimenting with dry rubs and spent the afternoon Saturday smoking some brisket. Got a probe thermometer now so I can actually see whats going on inside without lifting the lid every 5 minutes. Trying to perfect my technique before we do the big family barbecue next month.
