Grilling tips for feeding a crowd?

Got my son's birthday party coming up and we're expecting about 20 people. I want to do it all on the grill because it's easier than being stuck in the kitchen. Planning on burgers, dogs, and some grilled chicken. Any tips for keeping food warm while you're still cooking? I've got two grills but they're not huge. Also best way to prep everything so I'm not scrambling the whole time?

20 people is no joke man. Pro tip: prep everything the night before so you're not scrambling during the party. I learned that the hard way with my daughter's birthday last year.
