Helped my son build his first gaming PC
We picked parts for like a month, watching videos and reading reviews. Then spent all day last Saturday putting it together. He was so nervous about breaking something but we took our time and it powered right up. Now he won't stop playing Fortnite but at least I know he understands how it all works. Pretty cool bonding time actually.
A whole month of planning? That's dedication. What kind of parts did you guys end up going with? I'm thinking about doing something similar with my son next year when he's a bit older.
Did he pick out all the parts himself or was it mostly your recommendation? Would love to know if he went for high end stuff or budget builds.
