How do you guys organize fishing tackle

My fishing gear is out of control. Got tackle boxes everywhere, rods in three different places, and I can never find the specific lures I need. This past weekend I spent 20 minutes looking for a chartreuse crankbait that I know I have. What systems do you all use? Modular boxes? Wall mounted? I'm open to anything that actually works.
