Is it worth upgrading my grill or should I just fix the old one

My Weber is like 12 years old and it still works but the thermometer is broken and one of the burners is getting weak. I can probably spend 200 bucks fixing it up or drop 600 on a decent new grill. We grill like 2-3 times a week during spring and summer so it gets heavy use. My wife thinks I'm being ridiculous spending that much on a grill. What do you guys think? Keep it running or upgrade?
