Just got my welding certification
Been taking classes for about 6 months now and finally passed everything. It's honestly been the best thing I've done for my mental health in a while. Just being out in the garage making stuff, learning a new skill, having something tangible at the end of the day. Already working on my first real project which is a custom metal sign for above the garage door. Can't recommend getting a new hobby enough.
That's awesome man congratulations. Welding is such a practical skill and honestly it's cool that you're picking something up completely different from tech. What made you decide to pursue it?
Do you have plans for your first real project or are you just enjoying the process right now?
