New gaming PC build complete

Been working on this PC for like 3 months between work and kids and finally finished it last night. Saved up and did it piece by piece instead of all at once. Ran some games at max settings and it's beautiful. Now if I can just find 2 uninterrupted hours to actually play instead of sneaking in 20 minutes here and there, I'll be set. Worth every penny though.

Congrats on finishing! That's the hardest part. Now the real test is finding time to actually use it without feeling guilty. I tell myself the gaming is my decompression but the parent guilt is real.

Three months between work and kids is insane commitment. What specs did you go with? I've been thinking about upgrading but the 'actual parenting time vs hobby time' math is brutal with four kids.

3 months! That's dedication. I've had the same gaming dream in my head for like two years but between work and three kids, it feels impossible. Did you build it all yourself or piece together a pre-built?
