Been smoking briskets and prepping food in my garage workshop area instead of the kitchen and it's changed the game. More space, easier cleanup, wife stays out of my way lol. Set up a little table and cooler situation and now I can hang with my buddies while I cook. Game changer for real.

How do you handle the smell situation? I've always wanted to do brisket but the wife wasn't sure about the house smelling like smoke for days.
Wait so you're saying I can finally justify taking over more of the garage workshop for something useful. My wife is going to hate this but also probably appreciate not having the kitchen smell like char all day.
