Smoking a brisket all night for Father's Day

Woke up at 4 AM to get this thing on the smoker. 16 pounder. Already smells amazing and it's only been 2 hours. Wife thinks I'm insane but the kids are excited. First time doing one this size so we'll see how it goes. Tips appreciated if anyone has them.
