Found a cool wooden lure at an estate sale for like three bucks and it got me interested in old fishing gear. Now I'm down a rabbit hole of eBay auctions and vintage fishing blogs. My man cave shelf is getting full but who cares right? This stuff is awesome.
Estate sales are the best for this kind of thing. You never know what you're gonna find. I've picked up some amazing vintage gear for next to nothing just browsing tables.

Did it have any maker marks on the bottom? Some of those estate sale finds can actually be worth decent money depending on the brand.
This is how hobbies start haha. My dad collected these and got me into it as a kid. Now I understand why he spent so much time organizing them all.
