Started Grilling More and Life is Better
About four months ago I got a decent grill and started actually learning how to use it instead of just throwing burgers on there. Been watching YouTube videos, experimenting with different techniques, smoking briskets on weekends. My family went from dreading my cooking to actually asking what I'm making for dinner. Last Saturday I smoked a pork shoulder for like 12 hours and invited some neighbors over and it was just this whole vibe. Turns out I really like the grilling hobby, it's meditative or something. Plus I get to spend time in my backyard which is basically my man cave. Best decision I made all year probably.
Four months in and you're probably past the learning curve now. What's your go-to meal at this point? I'm always looking for new ideas to try.
