I'm getting really into reverse searing steaks on my new grill. Been watching a bunch of YouTube videos and finally nailed it last weekend. Kids were actually impressed which never happens lol. Anyone got good recipes or techniques to share? Looking to up my grilling game before the 4th of July cookout.

Been doing a lot of grilling this summer too, but mine is more like throw whatever on there and hope for the best kind of vibe. Your YouTube rabbit hole sounds way more legit than my approach.
Nice, that's awesome man. I'm still doing the basic routine with burgers and hot dogs mostly because three kids means I'm usually just trying to get food on the table fast haha. The reverse sear sounds legit though, might have to give it a shot.

That's awesome you nailed it. Nothing beats when the kids see you mastering something new on the grill. We're doing a lot of burgers and dogs this summer but I'm inspired to level up now.
