Got some nice ribeyes sitting in the fridge and planning to do a full cookout Saturday. My neighbor said he's got his smoker going too so we might do a friendly competition. Also doing corn on the cob with compound butter and some grilled vegetables. Kids want kabobs. Gonna be a good day. Anyone have a go to marinade they swear by?
