What's everyone grilling this weekend?

I'm doing tri-tip and some vegetables. Been working on my smoke technique for months. The neighbors are gonna hate me when they smell this. Anyone else get weirdly passionate about grilling or is it just me? I watch YouTube videos about charcoal temperature management like it's my job.

Haha the neighbors complaining is just them being jealous they didn't think of it first. I respect the dedication to perfecting your technique, that's what grilling is all about.

Nice! Tri-tip is money. I'd love to get into smoking more but between work and the kids I barely have time to fire up the grill on weekends. Your neighbors will get over it once they smell that smoke though, trust me.
