What's your go-to grill recipe?
I've been doing the same grilled chicken and ribs for like 5 years and want to branch out. My buddy keeps telling me I need to try reverse searing steaks but I'm nervous about messing it up. Anyone here do that? Also open to completely different stuff if you got recommendations. Grilling is kind of my zen time so want to get better at it.
What kind of grill do you have? That sometimes matters for what works best. But honestly if you want to upgrade your game try marinating things overnight or doing a reverse sear on some thicker cuts.
