Wife says I spend too much time at the gym
I'm there 5 days a week for about an hour. It's the only time I get to myself and I need it for my mental health. She thinks I'm being selfish but I come home a better person. Haven't had any muscle since college and finally starting to see some definition. Is 5 days a week too much or am I justified?
Grilling five nights a week would be too much. The gym an hour a day is fine.
