Caught my daughter being nice to her brother without being asked
She was helping my 5yo build a Lego set without him even asking. She was patient, showed him how to find pieces, encouraged him. I watched from the kitchen for like 5 minutes just soaking it in. All those times I talk about being kind to each other are actually getting through.
This is huge. Teaching empathy and patience without having to say anything is the hardest part of parenting. Sounds like she's getting it on her own.
