She was helping my 5yo build a Lego set without him even asking. She was patient, showed him how to find pieces, encouraged him. I watched from the kitchen for like 5 minutes just soaking it in. All those times I talk about being kind to each other are actually getting through.
Those moments right there. That's what it's all about. Your kids are learning how to be good people and you got to witness it. That's a total win.
