Daughter asked me to be her date to the daddy daughter dance

I know it's probably corny to some people but I literally felt my heart grow three sizes. She picked out my tie and everything. The dance is in two weeks and I've already started planning to learn some new dance moves so I don't embarrass her. Being a dad to a girl is wild.
