Finally built that treehouse and they loved it

Spent three weekends on this thing. It's not fancy, just some platforms and a rope ladder, but the kids went absolutely nuts when I finished. They've been out there every single day after school just hanging out in it. My oldest brought his whole friend group over and they declared it the coolest place in the neighborhood. One of those things where you put in the effort and it pays off instantly. Already planning upgrades with them which means more time together building.

Three weekends well spent. My kids would lose their minds for something like this. How solid is the rope ladder holding up so far?
This is exactly what my daughter would go crazy for. No builder's license required, just dad time and some lumber. Did you follow plans or just wing it?
