Finally taught my 6 year old to ride a bike without training wheels

Took us about three weekends of practice in the parking lot but he just got it. Let go of the seat one time and he just kept going. The confidence boost he got from that is insane, now he wants to ride everywhere. Best feeling ever watching him figure something out that seemed impossible to him a week ago.

Dude yes! Nothing beats that feeling. We just got our oldest to this point last month and I recorded the whole thing. Now he won't stop riding and it's either a win or a nightmare when he wants to go out every single day.

That's awesome man! Three weekends is actually pretty quick. My son took forever to get it and I was starting to think we'd be buying adult training wheels. The moment he realizes he's doing it himself is such a rush.

Congrats! That's a huge milestone. My 6 week old is still figuring out how to focus his eyes so this is like... the future I'm dreaming about right now.
