Fixed the toilet and saved like 300 bucks

YouTube saved my life. The toilet was running constantly and I thought we needed a new one but it was just the flapper valve. Watched a 5 minute video, ordered a 12 dollar part, and boom its fixed. My wife's impressed and honestly so am I. Small win but I'll take it.

YouTube university strikes again. Nothing feels better than fixing something yourself and saving that much cash. Nice work troubleshooting it.

That's a solid W right there. Plumber would've charged you triple that just to show up. Great save.
