Got my 3yo to eat vegetables without a meltdown
Roasted some broccoli and carrots with a little olive oil and salt. Made it look like it was "special grown up food". He actually asked for more. I'm not getting my hopes up that this is permanent but today feels like a win.
Nice win! The presentation thing really works at this age. My daughter went through a phase where everything had to be 'special' too. Sounds like you cracked the code.
