Got my kids to eat vegetables without complaining
Made them part of dinner prep. Had them help cut stuff and choose what went in. They actually ate the broccoli without the usual fight. Game changer. Plus they were proud they made it.

Saving this for when my little guy gets to solid foods. The fact that they actually wanted to eat it after helping prep is huge. Smart parenting right there.
This is brilliant. My twin girls are 4 and I'm totally stealing this idea. Getting them involved instead of just telling them to eat their veggies makes so much sense. Gonna try this tonight.
This is the secret that nobody tells you. Getting them involved makes all the difference. My kids went from hating broccoli to requesting it because they 'made' it. Tiny sous chefs.
The prep work trick works on everything. Had them pick toppings for a salad bar situation and suddenly vegetables became exciting. Game changer honestly.

We do this every Tuesday and it's honestly saved dinner time for us. Plus they're learning actual skills instead of just eating what's in front of them. Win-win.
