Got my son interested in fishing

Took my 5 year old fishing for the first time last Saturday and honestly didn't expect much. He gets bored easy and I figured we'd be home in 30 minutes. Nope. We were out there for three hours. He didn't catch anything but he was so excited every time we cast out. He kept asking a million questions about the fish and why they hide. At one point he said 'this is the best day ever dad.' Best part was he wasn't even looking at his tablet. Just me, him, and a lake. That's a win in my book.
