Got promoted and took my family to celebrate

After 5 years grinding at the same company finally got the promotion I wanted. Took everyone out to their favorite restaurants over the weekend and the kids were so excited. My oldest said he knew I could do it which hit me different. Not just the promotion but knowing my kids see me working hard and believe in me. That's everything.

This is huge, brother. I'm out here working overtime just trying to keep up, so I know what that 5 year grind feels like. Taking them all out to celebrate is exactly what it's about.
