Great morning routine we've been using

Been reading about how chaotic mornings are stressing kids out so we overhauled ours. Here's what's actually working:
The night before: Pick out clothes, pack backpacks, set out breakfast
Morning (no phones first 30 min): Wake up, stretch, breakfast, get dressed
Last 15 min: Teeth, shoes, out the door
Added a little checklist with pictures for the kids to follow. No more 20 questions about where shoes are. Takes maybe an extra 10 mins of prep but saves SO much yelling in the AM. Both kids are calmer and we're all leaving on time which feels like a miracle.
