Has anyone used Outschool for tutoring?
Looking for something to help my 7yo with reading. Thinking about Outschool since he does better with interactive stuff than worksheets. Any reviews? Worth the money or should I look at other options?

What kind of interactive stuff does he like? Because if it's games-based learning, Outschool has some really good teachers who use that approach. Just avoid the ones that are basically "worksheets on a screen"
it's pricey but honestly if your son does better with interactive learning it might be worth it. We spent like $300 trying different tutors before finding one he actually clicked with. Once we did it was night and day for his reading confidence
how much is it running per session? trying to figure out if it's actually in budget for us or if we should look at Khan Academy or something free first

Outschool is legit if your kid learns better with 1-on-1 attention. My 8yo hated traditional tutoring but actually engaged with Outschool teachers. The interactive format is way less intimidating than worksheets. Worth trying a few trial classes first to find the right teacher though
