We were just sitting on the couch eating snacks and watching cartoons and he looked at me and said 'you're my bestest friend daddy.' I think I actually teared up a little. These moments are fleeting man, they grow up so fast.

Just had something similar with my 4yo last week. We were building with blocks and he said I was his favorite person. I almost lost it right there.
