My 4yo scored his first soccer goal!

Dude. My little guy finally scored in his soccer game today. He's been playing for a month and honestly kind of sucked at it, just running around. Today he actually kicked it toward the goal and it went in. He had the biggest smile on his face and ran to the sideline to make sure I saw it. I got some video. That's his first real athletic accomplishment and I'm not gonna lie I got a little emotional. Best moment so far.

One month in and already scoring? That kid's got it. My 12yo is still kicking it backward half the time but honestly that's half the fun watching them figure it out.

That's huge! My guy just started soccer too and watching them light up after scoring something is unreal. Even if it's just one goal in a month of trying. You gotta frame that as the win it actually is.

Dude congrats to your son! I remember when my oldest finally scored his first one - he talked about it for like two weeks straight. Take a video if you haven't already, these moments go by fast.
