My 5yo made me a "coupon book" for Father's Day

This might be the cutest thing that's ever happened to me. She made a little booklet with hand-drawn coupons like "One free hug" and "One trip to the park" and "One breakfast in bed" and my personal favorite "One I forgive you when you're mad." My wife clearly helped with the setup but my daughter definitely came up with most of the ideas. I've already used like half of them and I'm not even close to done. I don't need fancy gifts, this right here is everything.

Did she decorate it all herself? The effort kids put into stuff like that is amazing. My 5yo drew all over hers with markers and glitter and I love how messy it is.

Oh man I'm getting emotional just reading this. My boy made me one last year with coupons for 'movie time' and 'ice cream trip'. I still have it on my desk at work.

These are the moments that matter more than anything. My kids made me one when they were that age and I legitimately cherish it way more than any gift I've ever gotten.

Coupon books are seriously the best. My daughter made me one too and it had stuff like 'one free hug' and 'breakfast in bed'. I've used every single one multiple times. Frame that thing when she's older.

That's incredibly sweet. The handmade gifts at that age hit different. You should definitely scan it or get it laminated so it lasts forever.
