My 6 year old just read his first full sentence without help

I know this probably sounds small to some people but I'm so proud right now. He's been struggling a little with reading and we've been working with him every night. Today he just picked up a book and read a whole sentence out loud on his own. The look on his face was priceless. Wife and I took him for ice cream after school.
