My 6yo finally tied his shoes without help

Been working with this kid for like 8 months on the bunny ears method. Today he did both shoes completely on his own while we were getting ready for school. I may have teared up a little bit not gonna lie. These small wins hit different when you're a parent.

That's awesome! 8 months of patience paying off right there. My oldest finally got it too and now I can't get him to stop tying things together on the trail.
