Nailed the dad bod costume for Halloween

Went as a dad from a 90s sitcom. Khaki shorts, fanny pack, new balance shoes, tucked in polo shirt. The kids laughed but my wife said I wasn't even trying, that's just me now. Got some good laughs at the trunk or treat though. Might be my favorite costume ever just because it required zero effort and maximum accuracy.

Dude, the fanny pack detail is what sells it. My kids would've roasted me too but that's half the fun of dad costumes.

That's hilarious, the tucked-in polo really is the finishing touch. Your wife's right though, you gotta commit to the bit even harder next time.
