Been packing lunches for weeks and finally got the balance right where my son actually eats everything and doesn't trade it all away. Found out his favorite combo is the sandwich I thought he hated plus some fruit and a cookie. Small win but honestly feels like I cracked the code.

Been there. The trick is rotating enough variety so they don't get bored but keeping it simple enough that you're not spending an hour every morning prepping. Sounds like you cracked the code.
