Started meal prepping sandwiches on Sunday so the kids can just grab them during the week. Takes me like 30 minutes and saves us a fortune compared to buying lunch at school. Plus my 8yo told me my PB&J is better than what they sell in the cafeteria. Win.
This is gold. I've been doing something similar but only for like 2-3 days and then I fall off. How do you keep the momentum going all week? Do you freeze some of them or just keep them fresh in the fridge?
Game changer move right here. My kids are still at the stage where I'm making everything fresh but I'm bookmarking this for when they get a bit older. Sunday prep sounds like it'd free up so much time during the week.
