Nailed the school pickup route

After weeks of chaotic school pickups with my 7 and 9 year old I finally got a system down. Leave work 10 mins earlier, grab snacks before I get them, have backpacks checked and homework folder ready. This morning was smooth as butter and one kid said 'this was the best pickup ever dad' I'm riding this high all day.
