Potty trained my son in 3 weeks without stressing

I know a lot of guys have horror stories about potty training but I just wanted to share what worked for us. Waited until my son was actually interested, let him pick out a cool seat, got a sticker chart, and made it fun without pressure. He'd have occasional accidents but we just cleaned it up and moved on. Three weeks later he's basically done. Mom said I was lucky but I think it's more about not forcing it when they're not ready. Feels good to not buy diapers anymore.

No horror story here either actually. I think a lot of it depends on whether the kid is actually ready. We waited until our daughter showed genuine interest instead of forcing it and it went smooth. Congrats on the win!
