Pro tip: Costco rotisserie chickens saved my sanity this week
Wife was out of town for work, I had the three kids solo from Monday-Thursday. Completely panicked about what to feed them that wouldn't be cereal and hot dogs. Hit up Costco and grabbed like 4 rotisserie chickens. Literally made 15 different meals: nachos, tacos, quesadillas, rice bowls, sandwiches, added to pasta, mixed into mac and cheese. Game changer. Each chicken is like $6-7 too. Not sponsored lol I'm just a desperate dad who found a lifeline.
Costco rotisserie chickens are legitimately the MVP of single-parent days. Pro move would be to also grab their pre-made salads and steam some veggies so it looks slightly less like you're winging it
