Question: Best way to handle kid who won't eat vegetables?

My 4yr old Emma has decided she'll only eat chicken nuggets and fruit. We've tried mixing veggies into sauces, growing them together in the garden, making it fun... nothing works. She literally gags. Is this just a phase? Should we be concerned or just keep offering them without making it a thing? Any parents dealt with this who found something that actually worked?
