Quick win: 3yo finally learned to wash his own hands

Does he actually do a good job or is it more 'he went through the motions'? My 3yo gets water everywhere but at least the soap is involved now

small thing?? dude that's like 30+ minutes a day back in your life. that's huge. also means fewer wet sleeves when he hugs you
