Son got his first A on a math test without me helping
He's been struggling with fractions all year and we've been working with him but last week he told me to back off and he wanted to figure it out himself. Got his test back today and crushed it with an A minus. He was so proud of himself and honestly I think I was more proud. That kid has my stubborn gene and it actually paid off this time lol
That's huge. The moment they realize they can do it without you is wild, right? Even though it's scary to let go, that's exactly what they need.
