Son made the baseball team!

Got the email this morning that he made the travel baseball team he tried out for. He's been practicing every single day in the backyard since spring. This kid is determined, I'll give him that. Going to be a busy season but seeing him this happy makes it worth it. Already told him we're getting ice cream after practice tonight to celebrate. This is his year.

Made the travel team, that's incredible. All that practice paid off. You ready for the tournament schedule that comes with that or is this your first time going that route with baseball?

This is awesome, man. I know how hard those tryouts can be on kids. The fact that he stuck with it and made it shows real determination. You must be proud.

That's huge! Congratulations to your son. Travel baseball is a different level of commitment but if he's been putting in the practice he's ready for it. How many practices a week are we talking?
