Successfully negotiated peace between two kids fighting over a toy

They were going at it for like 10 minutes and I was about ready to lose it. Then I suggested they take turns for 5 minutes each and somehow that worked. They're actually playing together now and I feel like I just closed a major business deal. Small wins people.
