My wife had a work trip so I decided to take the boys camping for the first time without her. I was nervous about it but honestly it went way better than expected. We caught a bunch of fish, I only forgot one kid's pillow, and nobody got lost on the trail. They're already asking when we can go again. Feeling pretty good about this dad thing right now.
